3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices shown in our shop include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise) and are in Euros (€). 3.2 You can pay using the methods available at checkout, such as credit cards, PayPal, or other secure gateways. 3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you’ll pay is the one shown at the time of your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on where you are, but generally take between 7 and 14 business days. 4.2 AMELIA’S WELLINGTON isn't responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, like customs hold-ups, strikes, or other "acts of God." 4.3 It’s up to you to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We can’t take responsibility for failed deliveries due to dodgy or incorrect details.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 You have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving your product, no questions asked. 5.2 To start a return, you must email us first at ameliaswellington@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, full name, address, and photos if the item is faulty. 5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are on you. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (we’ll provide the specific address via email). 5.4 Items must be returned unused, clean, with all accessories, and in the original packaging. 5.5 Once we get the item back and check it over, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. 5.6 We reserve the right to knock back returns for gear that is used, damaged, or returned without a valid reason.

6. Legal Guarantee

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal guarantees required by law. 6.2 If a product is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or in some cases, a refund—provided the damage wasn't caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 AMELIA’S WELLINGTON won't be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. 7.2 We reserve the right to change site content at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the country where AMELIA’S WELLINGTON operates. 8.2 Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the consumer's place of residence.

11. Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for any failure to meet our obligations if it’s due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms still stand in full effect.

By making a purchase with AMELIA’S WELLINGTON, you’re saying you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you’re not happy with any of these terms, please don't use our services or place an order.
