Shipping Info

We’ll have your order prepped and ready for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed during the week are usually sorted within one business day, but if you order on a Friday night or over the weekend, it might take us a little longer to get moving.

Once it’s out the door, your order should be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons, we may have to apply a restocking fee:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.

  • The delivery was refused or knocked back by the recipient.

  • You didn’t respond to the courier’s redelivery attempts or instructions.

In these cases, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note: In some instances, the courier might offer a redelivery option. If this is knocked back or isn't sorted within the courier’s timeframe, the restocking fee will apply.

To avoid any dramas, we strongly recommend that you double-check your shipping details at checkout and keep an eye out for any delivery notifications so you can respond promptly.
