About Returns

Too Right, Listen Up: Returns aren’t free. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return an item?

Too right you can. If you’re not wrapped with your order, you can send it back within 30 days of receiving it.

However, for us to accept the return, you’ve gotta meet these conditions:

  • The product must include all parts and accessories and be packed up properly.

  • The item must have been handled with care—no damage from misuse, thanks.

  • For any items involving hygiene considerations, they must be properly cleaned before you start the return process.

  • If the product arrived dodgy (defective), we’ll need to verify the fault.

We reserve the right to pass the return costs onto the customer. Returns are usually sorted within 7 business days. If everything checks out, they’ll be officially approved within that timeframe.

Note: We reserve the right to knock back returns for used or damaged gear that isn't due to an error on our end.


How to lodge a return

If your order ticks the boxes above, follow these steps to get the ball rolling:

  1. Shoot us an email at: ameliaswellington@gmail.com

  2. Include the following info:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • A photo of the product (if it’s damaged)

    • Your full name

    • Your address

We’ll then provide you with the specific return address. Do not just send the parcel back to the original sender address on the box. You must contact us first to get the correct details.

Just a reminder: You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for the return yourself. All returns must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
